We got ourselves a 7-year-old Belted Galloway cow that we bred to a registered Scottish Highland bull. I gotta steer calf from last year to prove that she knows how to make some fine-looking calves. She's due to calve in April, and let me tell ya, she's no mini cow - she's medium framed. This mama's got some serious skills - her udder attachment is top-notch and she produces some mighty fine milk. And get this, she popped out her last calf all on her own.
